I’m a holistic therapist and healing practitioner with a warm, intuitive approach. I combine counselling skills, energy work, somatic awareness and gentle mindfulness to support people through grief, emotional pain and life’s difficult moments.
My aim is to create a safe, comforting space where you can feel seen, heard and supported while you reconnect with your inner strength.
